Installations / Maintenance
When wall mounting fire extinguishers walls will be wetted and fixings will be carried out using an anti dust cover and a HEPA filter vacuum. Dust and filter is to be stored in a double sealed poylthene bag and is to be disposed of in line with local authority requirements.
On site clients will be made aware of any defective or non-conforming equipment upon completion of maintenance.
We will carry out servicing, testing & inspection in accordance with British Standard 9999:2017 Code of Practice for Fire Safety in the Design, Management & Use of Buildings, and guidance from BESA Technical Bulletin TB001 (Fire and Smoke Damper Maintenance).
We have no connection to any manufacturer, installer or maintainer of fire door products so will be providing independent advice that is in our clients best interest and follows U.K fire safety regulations.
